**The Role**

To enable easy data sharing for different supply chain ecosystems, we need Product Managers who are excited to work on building great products with excellent customer experiences that affect millions of people every day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide product management from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive continuous product improvements and collaborate with agile development teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather customer requirements such as data-to-consume, data-to-provide, data translation/transformation needs for different supply chains.
- Translate business data needs into product and technical requirements, new product features / updates.
- Creates product requirements for the engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features
- Works closely with Senior Product Manager to plan and maintain product roadmap to address customer needs.
- Analyse market and competition data to create product features to match and surpass current industry standards
- Balances the needs of the customers and limitations defined by stakeholders
- Uses a deep understanding of the customer’s needs to identify and define Personas, create Epics and User Stories aligned with our vision/strategy
- Manages and prioritizes the right backlogs while monitoring and improving team velocity
- Collaborates with UI/UX, development, engineering, and quality assurance teams to assure that the right customer problems are being solved on a timely basis

**Qualifications / Skills and Competencies**
- 5 - 7 years’ experience as a product manager
- Degree in Business IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong experience throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Familiar with Scrum framework and agile methodologies
- Understanding of product backlog prioritization frameworks (RICE etc)
- Good understanding and experience in API technologies and techniques
- Interpersonal skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- **Bonus**:Experience in supply chain products, B2B space, trade finance, sustainable financing, Confluence and JIRA
