Senior Lead, Data Analytics

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive end-to end supply chain data excellence & analytics for BD in Greater Asia. You are responsible for the development of the regional Supply Chain data analytics reporting and system/process automation, which includes Distributor Management Logistics, Planning, Customer Service and Financial planning etc.

**Job Purpose**:
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive end-to end supply chain data excellence & analytics for BD in Greater Asia. You are responsible for the development of the regional Supply Chain data analytics reporting and system/process automation, which includes Distributor Management Logistics, Planning, Customer Service and Financial planning etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Devise and coordinate strategies on supply chain architecture, planning, logistics, Order Management, and systems; Drive GSC agenda.
- Design E2E Customer centric metrics; working closely with OSC analytics for dashboard development.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support GA SC organization with prioritization and reporting of initiatives; design programs to improve performance areas such as supply cost driver analysis.
- Ensure GA SC is technology savvy; understand latest technology developments impacting company supply chains, develop business cases for implementation.
- Benchmark and evaluate future supply chain trends and best practices and prioritize areas of Improvement.
- Define risk management and business continuity strategies in partnership with GSC risk & compliance team.
- Support the budget and ASR process.
- Support Talent development, people engagement, training plan, and upscale of GSC associate skill set.
- Supervise Supply Chain Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure quality and successful implementation of global supply chain improvement projects. This includes major business integration program.
- Provide E2E visibility and training of all SC key processes (mapping).
- Organize, facilitate and document the GA Supply Chain Council (GSCC).
- Ensure best supply chain practice sharing mechanism are in place across GSC.
- Coordinate with other strategic organizations within BD and align global supply chain accordingly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve end-to-end global supply chain to increase cost.
- Develop and support GA SC communication plans and newsletter.
- Work within and across BUs, Regions and Functions in the support of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the Clusters and the BUs.
- Owns compliance, risk management, business continuity and GA SC communication strategy and its implementation for BD Global Supply Chain.
- Support all other GA SC LT leaders with assessment and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure connection with SC optimization resources in the other regions and GSC to drive standardization and consistency.

**Our Requirements**:

- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Science. MBA and/or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully execute strategy.
- Breadth of background across numerous roles / functions within an Integrated Global E2E Supply Chain organization would be preferred.
- Experience leading cross functional teams and driving consensus in decision making.
- Demonstrated financial management, organizational, planning, and implementation skills.

**Experience we are looking**:

- Individual must demonstrate very strong initiative and effectiveness with mínimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are keys to success in this role. Demonstrated ability to progress efforts through strong Leadership and Influencing skills is also important. Ability to lead / manage multiple initiatives simultaneously is vital.
- In-depth knowledge of business process, with a focus on Customer Facing, Product Innovation, and Integrated Supply Chain process knowledge.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to prepare and deliver impactful and business focused presentations to senior management.
- Ability to build relationships with senior leaders across all business functions including corporate functions and cross business.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, PC Applications, and SharePoint Design.
- Strong Project Management/Project Leadership Capabilities.
- Strong Change Management skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and international multi-site environment.
