As we are significantly growing our headcount for the APJ region, we are currently seeking an **Oracle Database Administrator for an Investment Banking Client to be based in Singapore.**
**Role Overview**:
- Main focus for this role is on:
- (1) Oracle DBA Projects
- (2) L2-L3 Operations Support
**Job Responsibilities**:
- Migration, building of database and maintenance, troubleshooting and daily operations.
- Automation of Database using Scripting / Programming Language such as Shell script, Javascript, Python, etc.
- Handle Application Team and Developer queries, Incidents & Requests, Tracking, Measuring, & escalating as appropriate.
- Adhere to industry and corporate standards and best practices while maintaining high level of efficiency
**Job Requirements**:
- Very proficient in Oracle database and multiple database servers, Oracle RAC. Able to configure, implement, maintain and perform L2 - L3 troubleshooting.
- Ability to do any form of scripting for automation is a plus
- Understanding/usage of GoldenGate is a plus
- Experience in Change, Incident, and Problem management in BFS industry
