The Centre Management Executive is responsible for managing center operations and providing outstanding customer service. He/She leads the development of center initiatives and improvements for the effective delivery of center programs and services. He/She also drives the development of procedures, standards, and risk management frameworks.

He/She is a highly experienced individual who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and parents.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Oversee the daily operations of the teaching center
- Liaise with HQ, teachers, and parents with regard to students and Centre matters
- Plan for logistics and other administrative issues
- Handle inquiries and provide regular feedback
- Handle fees payment and claim matters
- Other related duties as assigned by the Superior

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten will be a plus
- Polytechnic Diploma and above
- Possess good communication skills
- High responsibility, Meticulous, and able to multi-task

**WORKING HOURS**

Wed
- Friday: 2pm-6pm.

Sat: 8.30am-7pm.

Sun: 8.30am-5.30pm

Offday: Mon & Tue

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
