**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:
Lead, train, and manage production staff.
Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to meet production goals.
Conduct training and support staff in following safety protocols and operational best practices.
- **Production Planning**:
Develop, implement, and adjust production schedules to meet targets.
Coordinate with departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance) for smooth production flow.
Ensure efficient resource allocation.
- **Quality Control**:
Ensure all products meet quality standards.
Perform regular inspections and audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
Enforce adherence to safety regulations.
Conduct safety audits and address potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:
Oversee machinery maintenance and repair to minimize downtime.
Work with maintenance teams to schedule regular checks and repairs.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain production logs and reports.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on production performance.
- **Inventory Management**:
Monitor raw material inventory to avoid production delays.
Collaborate with inventory and purchasing teams for timely stock replenishment.
- **Problem Solving**:
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve delays, defects, or equipment malfunctions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields like Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Technology).
- **Experience**:
3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
**Leadership**:Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
**Problem Solving**:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
**Communication**:Effective written and verbal communication skills.
**Time Management**:Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

**Quality Control**:Understanding of quality assurance methods.
- **Physical Requirements**:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in factory settings.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production software.

**Working Conditions**:
