**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the VP, Head of HR - APAC, the incumbent is expected to support end to end process of project management from planning, implementation, and all change management activities Regional HR project, ensuring alignment to the Company’s strategies, values and goals. This role is heavy on project side (80%) but will also require covering some of Regional HR operational processes (20%).

**HR Strategic Projects**:
- Assist, participate and contribute towards implementation of HR projects, strategies and initiatives, e.g. HR policies review, documentation, processes automation and implementation/roll-out of new HR initiatives.
- Assist in reviews of existing Region-wide Human Resources policies and conducts research and keep updated on local labour laws and prepare draft updates to existing policies, as appropriate.
- Perform analysis of relevant HR data, identify trends and develop predictive analytics to support the business/functions.
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process in APAC, ensuring a great experience for new employees.
- Provide end to end support for the execution of salary review exercise at regional level. Develop communication materials and information toolkits to enhance managers and employees understanding of HR Policies and procedures
- Assist in review of annual insurance renewal project to ensure that Company’s medical benefits are aligned with market practice.
- Keep abreast of emerging HR trends and practices to provide recommendation so we can adopt the best practices in the region.
**HR Operations Support**:
- Provide operational support for employee lifecycle activities including but not limited to employee mobility, visa matters, new hires and leavers process, payroll, benefits administration, update/maintain of HR database.
Qualifications:
**Key Requirements for this Role**:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge in Employment Act & HR Processes
- Regional C&B experience is a plus.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Positive individual with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility & maturity when dealing with confidential information
