Job Description Learning & Development (L&D)Oversee and coordinate L&D initiatives (e.g., leadership summits, management meetings, OKR alignment meetings, leadership dialogue sessions, new hire onboarding session) from end to end Partner with stakeholders from regional & local HR teams to roll out learning initiatives Gather and analyse learning needs across different functions and markets, and monitor and track learning effectiveness HR PMO / Special Projects Support any other HR projects or initiatives as assigned Collaborate with regional HR teams on the development and implementation of key People related projects Support research and data analysis to generate insights, evaluate initiatives, and develop solutions to support organisation-wide COE initiatives Communications, Culture, and Engagement Support the development and end-to-end management of local and global initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience, e.g., town halls, awards ceremonies Support the implementation of internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and other employee messages Support the preparation of internal communications, including sourcing and managing the procurement of event materials and merchandise Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines from a reputable university At least 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Consulting (with specialisation in Leadership Development / Learning & Development).
