**Join us as a Senior Lead Graphic Designer,** where you will be a key member of the Creative team and will be the driving force behind the Ascenda brand: from internal and external branding initiatives, to impactful digital and physical marketing collateral.

You’ll be joining a team where we conceive, design and lead the development of high-quality creative work to support Ascenda’s various teams and initiatives. As a Senior Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor other graphic designers and collaborate intensively with other (design) specialties.

**What you’ll do**
- Drive Ascenda’s branding initiatives, establishing style direction, guidelines, and tone of digital concepts and/or communications.
- Maintain a consistent brand look & feel for all visual communications across multiple channels, while proactively evolving the contents all the time.
- Create highly engaging digital and physical marketing collaterals that drive conversions and resonate with our audience like none else.
- Support our sales team with branded demos, eye-catching conference booths, and various other sales collateral.
- Produce fresh creative concepts and deliver creative ideas across all parts of the business.
- Work closely with the business development, partnerships and marketing teams to participate in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming to conceptual development.
- Introduce and manage production processes to promote scalability and working smart.
- Mentor other graphic designers within the Creative team.

**What we are looking for**:

- Your experience & skills_
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or Fine Arts preferred
- 5 to 6 years experience working in a creative agency, design studio, or other inhouse graphic design department.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (minimum Photoshop and Illustrator)
- A strong portfolio showcasing your production skills and the ability to be highly creative.
- Experience in mentoring junior designers.
- Your character & work ethic_
- A visual creator at heart with great design aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to captivate an audience visually.
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to communicate concepts clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A fast learner with a “get things done” attitude.
- A natural ability in leadership.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders.
- The ability to provide direction and leadership to guide & mentor fellow designers.

- The ability to edit video and create motion graphics
- Proficiency in Figma
