As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the development of innovative, visually striking creative assets across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand initiatives. You will mentor junior designers, contribute to concept development, and ensure design excellence and consistency across all channels. With deep expertise in layout, composition, and brand storytelling, you will collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to shape campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your passion for design trends, luxury aesthetics, and digital innovation will be key to driving our brand's creative evolution.What You'll Do: Design Creation : Develop visually appealing and innovative designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, infographics, and digital advertisements. Brand Consistency : Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Concept Development : Collaborate with the creative team and other stakeholders to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with project objectives and target audience preferences. Layout and Composition : Use expertise in layout and composition to create designs that effectively convey information and enhance user experience. Image Editing : Utilize photo editing software to enhance images and create visually impactful visuals for various marketing and brand materials. Digital Media : Design eye-catching digital assets, such as web banners, social media posts, email templates, and website graphics, to enhance our online presence. Creative Collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding and web operations, to integrate design elements seamlessly into various projects. Industry Trends : Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating new innovations to continuously improve our design capabilities. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or luxury brand design work. Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Demonstrable skills in color theory, layout, and composition. Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles, particularly for social media and email campaigns. Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead a small team of designers. A strong passion for jewelry and the luxury market, with an innate understanding of its aesthetics and target audience. Preferred: Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create dynamic and engaging video content. Preferred: Experience with UI/UX design principles for web and mobile applications.
