CarbonCopies helps enterprise eCommerce and travel companies lift their conversions by simulating real customer behavior with AI persona twins. We work with global brands to uncover UX friction and generate redesigns that drive measurable revenue impact.

**What you'll do**
- Produce sharp short-form content (video, visuals, ads) that convert
- Throw scrappy quirky events, sometimes digital, sometimes IRL, that digital/eCommerce teams actually want to attend
- Track what’s working, kill what’s not, double down on the weird stuff that drives growth.

**You are**:

- Keen on growth loops and GTM tactics.
- Have shipped something on social, newsletters, or events - even if it was for fun.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, and social schedulers to produce at speed
- A builder mindset: scrappy, creative, and excited about testing unconventional ideas
