DESIGNATION : Maintenance Officer (Location: Tampines)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall maintenance, security and cleanliness of the building(s) and grounds
- To look after the upkeep and general care of the school buildings, compound and surroundings
- Perform troubleshooting of routine maintenance and repairs problems, fixing up installations, rectification of maintenance works, plumbing work
- General maintenance and minor repair work including (but not limited to): doors, windows,
- toilet seats and flushes, furniture, tap washers and some painting of doors and walls
- Painting and redecoration
- General duties and moving of furniture as and when required
- Preparation of the school facilities for school events; such as graduation ceremony, festival functions etc, as required
- Receive and check goods and supplies from suppliers and take them to the appropriate place for storage
- Other duties as required by the Principal and Facilities Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Working experience in school setting is desirable
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
- Able to multi-task and work independently
