**Regional Training Manager** to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. We are looking for a passionate individual to help scale up our training team across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Operations, the Training Manager is tasked with overseeing regional development of our new and existing team members. As one of the most cross-functional roles in the organisation, you’ll work closely with other teams and local Country Managers to ensure the success of up skilling and retention of their knowledge to better serve our merchants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up framework for company’s training program with LMS software.
- Develop high level training syllabus and training assessments applicable across all regions and departments.
- Develop training plan and OJT logs
- Develop regular class and assessment cadence to ensure regional team knowledge is refreshed.
- Establish consistency in regional SOPs and training format.
- Track newly onboarded team members 14 days training progress.
- Collaborate with individual departments to support functional specific SOPs development and ensure version updates are tracked.
- Develop and launch Train-the-trainer program.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in related fields (Business, technology or hospitality)
- Min 2-3 years working experience as a trainer.
- Good understanding of LMS systems with proven track record of results.
- Strong management of timeline.
- Excellence attitude, good interpersonal skills, strong initiative and innovative in problem solving.
- Good knowledge of audio and video management techniques is advantageous
- Train the Trainer qualification preferred
