The company is a leading global cloud solutions provider serving thousands of enterprises, developers and government organisations around the world. Committed to providing reliable and secure cloud and data processing solutions, they are looking to hire top talents in the market to enhance their global and regional presence.

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales for the cloud solution locally in Singapore region through close collaboration with local business teams. This professional will serve as a strategic member, reporting to the Regional Sales Management to convert prospective opportunities and meet revenue targets.

Based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Achieve sales targets by collaborating with the SME Telesales Team to develop and recruit overseas customers onto the cloud service provider
- Develop and expand relationships with SME key accounts by continuously proposing solutions and products to support customer success toward digital transformation
- Fix any issues and problems raised by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Recruit SME partners to develop business in target market
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account and partner metrics
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years outbound/field sales experience
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude in building relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to work in teams under a high pressure environment
- Motivated self-starter and action-oriented
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about new technologies and industry domains
- Strong pioneering and innovative spirit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
