Mortgage & Corporate Loans Consultancy Internship Position Overview: Adept Business Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Mortgage and Corporate Loans Consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial consulting field, working directly with property investors and business owners. Key Responsibilities: - Mortgage Consultancy:The intern will handle inquiries from property investors seeking mortgage loans. This includes: - Performing calculations such as the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) to assess an investor's financial eligibility for loans. - Conducting preliminary assessments of estimated loan amounts based on clients' financial profiles and property values. - Analyzing mortgage rates offered by different banks, performing cross-comparisons, and developing suitable loan proposals tailored to clients’ needs. - Corporate Loans Consultancy:For corporate loan inquiries, the intern will assist in: - Analyzing business financials, including balance sheets and trade invoices, to comprehend loan feasibility. - Supporting the due diligence process to ensure accurate and efficient loan documentation. Learning Outcomes: - Gain exposure to the mortgage and corporate lending landscape, with a strong focus on financial analysis and client management. - Develop critical skills in evaluating loan eligibility and understanding banking criteria for both individual and corporate financing. No experience required as training will be provided.
