**Job Scope**
- Develop and implement strategic plans for game publishing, including identifying potential indie game titles for publishing and evaluating their market potential.
- Lead and manage a team of game developers, marketers, and other professionals to ensure the successful launch and promotion of indie games.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive landscape in the indie game industry.
- Collaborate with game developers to ensure that the quality of games meets the companys standards and aligns with the target market.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the reach and impact of indie game releases.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as game developers, distributors, and platform holders, to facilitate global distribution of indie games.
- Monitor and analyze data on game performance, sales, and player feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize game publishing strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in indie game development and publishing to drive innovation and stay competitive.
- Develop and manage budgets for game publishing activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members to drive collective success in game publishing.

**Job Requirements**
- 5 years or more of experience.
- Strong understanding of the indie game market and the ability to identify and promote hidden gems.
- In order to connect international markets effectively, it is crucial to have a deep understanding and awareness of the Chinese market.
- Extensive experience in game development and a deep understanding of the game publishing industry.
- Proven track record in marketing strategy and the ability to create effective campaigns to promote indie games.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple game publishing projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team of game developers and marketers.
- Proficiency in market research techniques to identify target audiences and develop effective distribution strategies.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to ensure the highest standards for published games.
- Proven ability in business development and the ability to identify and establish partnerships and collaborations.
- Extensive experience in global distribution and the ability to navigate international markets and regulations.
- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gamer experience.
