- **Market Research**:Conduct in-depth market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, behavior, and competitive landscape. Use research findings to inform content development and marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- **Brand Promotion**:Drive the promotion of our app brands by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation, maximizing brand awareness and engagement.
- **Cross-Cultural Communication**:Effectively engage with international teams and demonstrate cultural sensitivity, particularly in regions such as North America, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Lead and motivate cross-functional team members to achieve common goals and foster a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese is a plus.
