**Project** Description**:
This exciting opening is for an essential Business Analyst role that will play a crucial part in exploring new regulations within Capital market space at Financial Markets IT division and being part of the build out of a new location and strategic program in an AGILE and modern environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver technology solutions to requirements
- Continuous stakeholders' engagement to keep abreast of latest business needs
- Be a stakeholder to drive overall liquidity technology strategy
- Gather and understand business requirements
- Perform end-to-end impact analysis and propose solutions that meet business objectives and SLAs, while also aligning with technology strategy
- Document and present solution designs and architecture and achieve consensus across business and technology stakeholders
- Lead the delivery of functional specifications document
- Provide guidance to the development team from a requirement perspective

**Skills**:
Must have
- Minimum 10+ Years of experience in business analysis and Investment Banking with direct experience in front-to-back trading, order processing and regulatory reporting. More the experience, the better. Senior profiles highly preferred.
- 5+ years experience in Regulatory Reporting/ Transaction Reporting/Trade Reporting, MIFID II/EMIR/MAS/HKMA/ASIC/Dodd Frank/CFTC/ESMA
- Familiarity with financial products-Listed and OTC (IRS, Equities, FX, Fixed Income, swaps and rates/credit derivatives). Excellent understanding of Trade Life Cycle.
- Prior demonstrable experience on Regulatory reporting regimes specifically in the EU (viz: MiFID II, Dodd Frank, EMIR etc).
- Product knowledge of FX/OTC Derivatives/Equities/Commodities/Rates
- SQL skills for data interrogation and analysis. XML and FPML expertise are preferred.
- Strong skills in oral communication, listening and questioning as well as in writing business requirements and functional specifications
- Strong coordination/organizational skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- A good understanding of data analysis, data mapping and user acceptance testing
- Atlassian tools (Confluence and JIRA), and working experience in agile scrum delivery is required.
