Responsibilities:

- Provide a wide range of administrative support to ensure successful onboarding for learners and [companies] for all ACET programmes (including Work Study Programmes).
- Perform business development and administrative duties in continuing education and SkillsFuture initiatives such as industry outreach, coordination & management of programmes in areas of course registration, module billing, exam administration, logistic support, attending to queries etc.
- Maintain and update CET-related webpage and microsite
- Drive the marketing campaigns for CET courses
- Support corporate and ad-hoc CET duties

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Conversant in MS Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Prior experience of working with students (full time tertiary or adult learners), in administration or support role, would be preferred.
