What you do
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, aligned with business objectives and priorities
- Provide expert advisory services to senior leaders and hiring managers, ensuring effective talent acquisition and management
- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
- Design and implement effective recruitment processes, leveraging technology, data analytics, and market intelligence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics and data, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Stay abreast of market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, ensuring the bank remains competitive and innovative

As a Talent Acquisition Advisory Lead, you will work closely with the HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners to shape the bank's talent acquisition strategy and drive business success.

**Qualifications**
- At least 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years leading a high-performing talent acquisition function, preferably covering a business function
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, driving business growth and excellence
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
