**Job Descriptions**:
Support Deputy General Manager who is owner’s representative of a fleet of LNG carriers:

- Administer the relevant project budgets (typically OPEX) with the ship-managers:

- Interact/liaise with charterers, shipbuilders, ship manager, finance/accounting team, and HQ’s relevant team:

- Provide input/output for relevant contractual compliance matters and insurance policies:

- Assist Deputy General Manager for the pre-delivery/post-delivery operation where required:
Support Director who is responsible for the management of the company:

- Responsible for cash management (ship price payment, bank loan drawdown, relevant invoicing etc.)
- Support preparing/reviewing annual budget and do actual/budget analysis
- Support forecasting the company’s cashflow, creating/editing finance model
- Assist secretarial/administrative duties when requested by Director
- Any ad-hoc duties in relation to be assigned by the superior and management.

Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders:

- Need to liaise with:
1. External counterparties (shipbuilders, charterers, ship manager etc.)

2. Internal counterparties (finance/accounting team and HQ’s relevant teams)

**Requirements**:
1. Preferably degree in business or maritime studies related.

2. Good understanding and possess minimum of 2-3 years working experiences especially in LNG shipping-related market gained at another shipowners

3. Ability to analyze basic financial statements

4. Good cultural awareness with the ability to engage with various stakeholders worldwide.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

6. Able to manage multiple tasks/ projects by oneself and commercially astute with a sharp eye for detail.

7. Numerically astute and comfortable reporting large figures in (USD$ miilions) to management.

8. Capable to report complex commercial matters in a few salient points and provide resolution(s) to management.
