SATS’ Food Solutions comprises in-flight catering, commercial and institutional catering, research and development, food manufacturing and food distribution. Our offerings also include linen and laundry services, and we are the master caterer for the Singapore Sports Hub.

**Key accountabilities**
- To send QTO (quantity to order) request to MRM/MSM
- To raise Purchase Order for the respective centres
- To monitor inventories of items required by Production and to highlight to Supervisors/MRM any imminent material shortage
- To liaise with Users, QC, Stores and Suppliers on any issues arising from goods received/delivered
- To liaise with Finance and Suppliers pertaining to payment issues
- Follow-up with suppliers on foreign matters and quality issue raised by Production/Users
- To handle Stock Return to Vendor (RTV) procedure
- To compile and monitor consumption patterns against forecast based on menu cycle under their charge
- To perform as duty buyer on weekends and public holidays
- To raise claims against suppliers / waiver reports
- Daily review of inventory to manage holding stock according to KPI set by MRM
- To generate slow moving items through slow moving reports
- To follow up on shipping and freight documents
- To report freight/shipping and miscellaneous charges to Finance for recharge to SQ
- To perform any other duties as directed by his/her superior from time-to-time

**Skills & experience**
- With recognized Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent fields
- Have some knowledge in purchasing functions and duties
- Good working knowledge using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Team player with good organizational skills
