Night Shift Supply Chain Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Handling**: Inspect, sort, pack, arrange, categorize, and scan products according to established procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
- **Data Entry**:Perform basic data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and track inventory and order status.
- **Coordination**:Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- **Shipping Documentation**: Assist with the preparation of shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- **Process Improvement**:Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
- **Team Support**:Support other members of the logistics team as needed, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance regulations, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- **Additional Duties**:Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the supply chain and logistics department.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Comfortable with working at night

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
