- Handling walk-in clients at storefront, encompassing both pawn and buyback transactions during office hours.
- Effectively engage in customer interactions, offering product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to guide purchasing decisions.
- Accurately evaluate and assess purity and value of items (bullion, jewellery, watches and scrap) brought in by customers for potential pawn or sale, adhering to established buyback policies and guidelines.
- Ensuring and performing KYC/AML/IPPC filing and client onboarding support and related requirements.
- Achieve team sales/buyback/pawn objectives and outcomes to meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets (if any).
- Assist in issuing pawn ticket and backoffice tasks when needed
