**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities for Technical Support:

- System User Support: Provide timely technical support to ensure user satisfaction, efficiently resolve issues, and maximize system availability.
- Get to familiar with and Adherence to the Procedure and strictly follow them to resolve relevant issues.
- Daily Operations Log and Documentation: Complete daily work logs and organize relevant documents for filing.
- On-site User Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and routine maintenance, including answering customer inquiry calls and offering guidance and consultation.
- User Training: Responsible for training users and addressing to any questions they raised.
- Equipment Deployment: Responsible for all tasks related to equipment relocation and delivery based on on-site conditions, including assembling equipment and coordinating with relevant logistics and movers.

Job Requirements for Technical Support:

- Educational Background: Associate degree, with a preference for majors in computer science, telecommunications, or electronics.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English to communicate with China counterpart.
- Learning and Practical Skills: Flexible and quick to learn. Strong hands-on abilities and proactive in solving issues with equipment usage or malfunction, either independently or by seeking assistance when necessary.
- Electrical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical work, capable of handling common electrical faults, such as loose sockets and circuit breaker trip
