We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Street Interviewers. As a Street Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting on-site interviews with pedestrians and passersby on various topics e.g parenting, gathering valuable insights and data for our research projects.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Approach and engage with individuals on the street to conduct interviews.
- Clearly explain the purpose of the interview and ensure participant understanding.
- Follow provided interview scripts and guidelines to gather accurate information.
- Record responses accurately and neatly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving interview techniques and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations.
- Ability to listen actively and ask relevant follow-up questions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in interviewing, market research, or customer service would be an added bonus.
