Supporting our growing business demands, the you will work closely with FP&A team and commercial finance teams focusing on accounting, reporting and master data set up for Kellogg's Snacks / Pringles portfolio.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Business Planning_
- Support FP&A Manager in strategic forecast process with focusing on data update into the system (BPC) and ensure that submission is done properly through the system
- Update actual data by country / sku into NSV forecasting tool
- Monthly Closing_
- Update estimated forecast by country into NSV forecasting tool
- Lead accrual process for A&P and Trade spending and ensure that data is accurately posted in SAP system
- Update A&P actual and NSV data in reporting
- A&P Management_
- Set up ION setting to track A&P for PIO
- Track A&P by PO with commercial team in Singapore
- Close / Cancel PO in SAP as required
- Master data set up - pricing_
- Set up pricing in SAP for SEA markets and HK
- Control_
- Support any SC related audit requirements which include internal audit, stat audit and SOX

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- At least 1+ years' FP&A / commercial finance experience with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Comfortable dealing with large datasets and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical ability and Excel spreadsheet skills (POWER pivot and query skills is a plus)
- Meticulous, with an ability to understand concepts and ideas quickly and model data in meaningful ways
