**Title: Associate Producer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Working along with the producer to develop program concepts and ideas
- Project research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources
- Partner with creative teams from the earliest concept stage through the production process
- Help devise and establish best practices for highly technical production
- Help with project planning (goals, budget estimates, schedule, and production contracts)
- Represent production progress to cross-functional colleagues and executive management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Producer in the games industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the current browser gaming landscape and market.
- Strong sense of game design principles, theory, models, and tools
- Understanding of the game development process
- Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and leadership

**Bonus**:

- Technical background or technically inclined
- Eagerness and passion to learn more about the hyper-casual mobile games space

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
