Role

As an associate producer, you will be assisting the producers in completing and organising tasks to keep production running smoothly. You have first hand information on the team’s capacity to take on projects. You will also be managing the welfare and workload of other producers under your wing. You will also be producing your own projects and to see the project from pre, to production and to post. You will be required to manage your projects in a timely manner and manage the budget given for the respective projects that you will be handling. You are also encouraged to foster working relationships with prospective freelancers. You will work closely with the director of productions and head of post-production to ensure that all of the video projects run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:
Producing of video related projects

Manage the project to ensure that they are delivered on time, provide timely updates

Manage production budget when given.

Client facing/servicing activities online and on set.

Being resourceful and wrangle production elements/resources to satisfy the requirement of the video project (e.g. talents, locations)

Administrative preparations before shoots (e.g. call sheet, location release forms, etc)

Expected to be on set to ensure that production runs smoothly and according to plan

Project research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources

Hiring, arranging and organizing crew members production personnel

**Requirements**:
Good command of English, both written and conversationally

At least 1-2 years of working experience in producing department

Have a good network of freelancers

Attention to detail and accuracy such as scheduling, resource planning, reviewing of content in relation to brand guidelines, etc

A versatile and adaptable individual who is able to work in different paces.

Good interpersonal skills

Team player

Have strong ownership and responsibilities of his/her own projects

Excellent organisational skills

Able to multi-task to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget given.
