**Job Overview**
- Compile and analyse data over time to forecast sales trends
- Review past sales data to determine trends productivity.
- Evaluate third party data to determine best practises for company success.
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
- Gather and analyse data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with sales team members and members of other departments.
- Supervise data admin of sales and returns
- Ability to use Apparel Magic (inventory system) Trianing is provided.
- Run system led item sales reports for inventory specialist to prepare for deliveries.
- Sign off weekly sales reports from Vendors.
- Housekeeping of system SKU filters to enable more effective data reports
- Present weekly, monthly sales reports to management looking at QTY, Net.

**Sales Analyst Requirements**
- Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Statistics management, Information Systems.
- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, data, and presentation software.
- Excellent math’s and analytical skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
- High level of organization and detail-orientation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Good attitude towards teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and excel
- Previous experience of inventory management systems is essential.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
