**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Implementation**:Designing and deploying server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers. Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Implementing storage solutions, such as SAN (Storage Area Network) or NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems. Deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure, including IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions.
- **Network Management**:Configuring and maintaining network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VPN. Monitoring network traffic, identifying and resolving network issues, and optimizing network performance. Implementing network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
- **Backup and Disaster Recovery**:Developing and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity. Testing backup and recovery procedures regularly to verify their effectiveness in case of a system failure or data loss event.
- **Security Management**:Implementing security policies, procedures, and controls to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Conducting security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security risks. Responding to security incidents, investigating breaches, and implementing remediation measures as necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Creating and maintaining documentation for IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Generating reports on system performance, capacity utilization, and security incidents for management and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration **Managing and coordinating the activities of service provider or experts to assess technical requirements, develop solution designs.Serving as a liaison between project teams and IT experts, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment of technical solutions with project goals.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Typically, 2- 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers

**Experience**:

- Experience with implementing and supporting IT infrastructure solutions in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

**Soft Skills**
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
