Currently, we are expanding and we are looking for 1X **‘*Tuition Centre Administrator**’.*

**What are your job responsibilities in AD?**

➡ **Reception**
- Responsible for parents’ inquiries (phone/walk-ins)
- Explain program details to prospective customers
- To prepare Registration Form and assist parents with registration at the counter
- To collect payment when required
- Responsible to orientate new students to the center
- Attend to instructions and manage Boss's calendar
- Able to provide support and adhere to deadlines.

➡ **Administrative**
- File, photocopying, keep records and ensure data accuracy for the Centre's administrative system
- Key in parents/student particulars in Quickbooks and updating payments when required
- Ensure the worksheets are ready for each class (including sorting & printing & stapling)
- Inform the respective teachers on make-up students for the day
- Prepare Drinks & Food for teachers (Buying lunch/dinner etc)
- Formatting worksheets to the correct format

➡ **Housekeeping**
- Prepare the Centre's classrooms at the start of the day

(i.e. general cleaning, emptying trash, and keeping it neat)
- Tidy the classrooms in between classes
- Stocking up of stationaries and snack bar for students

➡ **Other ad-hoc administrative duties are given by Boss**

However, this job is **NOT** for everyone.

1) **Detail-oriented & Meticulous**: There is a saying that ‘the devil is in the details’. You can spot errors, make sure the work you submit is accurate. And your friends usually share that you are a careful and meticulous person

2) **Friendly, Bring a smile to the environment & Good interpersonal skills**: In AD, you give the first impression of the center’s image. We are a bunch of friendly and people-oriented individuals. Make our visitors feel welcomed Build a relationship with our customers and support their needs and queries as soon as we can

3) **Systematic & Organized**: You are able to do things in a step-by-step process and able to keep the center neat and tidy in order to make Achievers Dream a conducive environment for our stakeholders. You are perfectly fine to work with manuals and processes to make sure that work is carried out to the standard expected of you.

**4) **Caring & Service-oriented**:We treat one another like a family in AD and our front desk staff will be tasked to ‘feed’ the teachers and teaching assistants. So you’ll have to take care of teachers’/students ’ well-being.

**5) **Willing to Learn**:This industry is a little different from other industries out there. It will require you to learn from scratch and pick up the most effective way of communicating with parents/students. Teachability and a good attitude are traits we are looking for in this industry
