About the team

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements across SEA;
- Draft and advise on platform terms of use, privacy policies and guidelines;
- Provide legal advice to business teams on marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Assist with updating contract models and templates as necessary;
- Instruct and liaise with external counsels as necessary

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Substantial experience working as a legal counsel in an international organization or in a reputable law firm, ideally with a focus on TMT work;
- Proven experience advising on various commercial contracts;
- Familiarity with legal and compliance issues related to technology products;
- Skilled in collaborating with international teams in a diverse work environment;
- Thrives on challenges, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate setting;
- Strong drafting, presentation, and communication abilities;
- Admitted to practice law in Singapore or any other Commonwealth jurisdiction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of legal compliance issues in South East Asia
