IT Head

Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- **IT Project Management**: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Service Delivery**: Lead the IT service delivery team to ensure that all IT services are consistently delivered to meet the needs and expectations of the organization and its clients.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective implementation of technology solutions.
- **Technology Assessment**: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, assess their potential for the organization, and make recommendations for technology adoption.
- **Security and Compliance**: Oversee IT security practices and ensure compliance with data protection and industry-specific regulations.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service levels meet company requirements.
- **Disaster Recovery Planning**: Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with other departments and communicate IT plans and progress to company leadership and staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT project and service management.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in an IT leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software.
- Ability to make strategic decisions to drive technology initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
