**This position**

This is a part-time but long-term position.

**The primary duties **of the Order Fulfillment Assistant (counter assistant) will include the following:

- pick and pack products ordered on-site or ordered online by customers (members)
- key in invoices for orders on-site
- collect payment which include credit card, NETS and cash
- collect stock that arrived from third party warehouse, and arrange stock in the storeroom
- doing stock count, and update stock level
- answer basic questions about products (health supplements and personal care products)
- multi-task as part of a small team
- being able to carry stock
- being able to learn to use order fulfillment system
- being able to work well as part of a team
- being able to work during workdays and Saturdays (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
- total number of hours work per month would be between 60 to 100 hours ( average 15 to 25 hours per week ).

Per hour pay is SGD12.
