We are looking for an experienced **Senior Product Manager **to spearhead Workato's activities in the** **space. You will be providing thought leadership and valuable insights for all product teams at Workato to make the creation and maintenance of automations and user interfaces easier and faster than ever before, and also working with a dedicated engineering team to provide ML services to all other teams. This role is both visionary and highly focused on execution and cross-functional collaboration. It is an opportunity to innovate and shape the future of the whole automation/integration industry. - Thought leadership: continuously explore advances in ML/LLM/AI space and evangelize it across all Workato product areas. - Drive Differentiation: contribute to Workato's vision to make complex things simple. Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders. - ML Product Ownership: prioritize ML/LLM researches and experiments and work with engineering team on delivery. - Cross-team collaboration: work with other product managers on design and implementation of AI features in the respective areas. - Outbound activities: presentations, webinars, blogs etc. - Market intelligence: understand the market, and competition. - Data-driven: Define key metrics and measure the performance of the AI/ML product features. **Requirements**: **Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**: - Proven track record in delivering delightful user experiences with AI/ML. - Solid understanding of AI/ML space in general and recent advances in LLM in particular. - 6+ years experience leading cross-functional teams. - 3+ years experience with managing Enterprise products and features. - UX obsession in always trying to make the product easier to use. - Vision development and storytelling. Ability to develop independent point of view and collaborate with other teams/stakeholders on finding the best solution. - Data-driven approach combined with product sense. **Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics**: - Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills - balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests. - Driven with a can-do attitude and determination to succeed. - Strong communication skills - Ability to articulate value, simplify nuanced concepts, influence without authority. - Ability to work in startup-like, creative and uncertain environment. - Curious, growth mindset that is eager to gather new information and develop new understandings of the world.
