**Job Purpose**
- Manage the logistics network in terms of vendor partnership as well as operational cost and service quality
- Identify, obtain and implement delivery solutions that answer the needs of the business whilst maintaining the optimum cost-service balance
- Ensure network operations are carried out systematically and meticulously in accordance with the Group’s SOPs

**Key Accountabilities**
- Accountable for delivering the service quality within the cost target while delivering service promise that is in alignment with the Group's strategies.
- Understand and identify opportunities and challenges based on cost and quality data trends for the purpose of making highly-informed decisions for the business
- Establish wide range of network to meet business and operation requirements by ensuring proper development of partnerships and management of service quality
- Liaise with external stakeholders including customers, vendors, and even local authorities to ensure smooth and proper business flow
