Singapore NICKELODEON ASIA HOLDINGS PTE LTD Full time

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, Southeast Asia, you would be a pivotal part of the Nickelodeon marketing team. You’d work closely with the respective manager around Consumer and Affiliate marketing, including active participation in campaign planning and project execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with various internal departments, media partners, vendors and affiliates to ensure effective and timely execution of all projects
- Contribute to, develop and execute campaign marketing plans and strategies
- Drive the full cycle of assigned projects from planning to execution and post campaign analysis
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including both print and digital collaterals
- Proofread and write copy, coordinate translations, brief and liaise with designers and vendors
- Support regional affiliates on their marketing campaigns, providing customized decks for campaigns or brand needs, and preparing monthly highlight materials and collaterals
- Work with partners and influencers on tie-ups and content marketing activations
- Work with event companies for on-ground activations
- Track contest performances and oversee prize fulfillment
- Maintain and update mailing databases
- Assist in premiums sourcing, packing, logistics arrangements and stock tracking
- Provide marketing administrative support to ensure smooth day to day operation of the department

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field of study
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in a marketing environment.
- Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, meticulous, and a collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Team player and a willingness to go above and beyond for the brand
- Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and some understanding of Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
