**THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Influencer Talent Manager to join the Singapore team here at Brave Bison to work across our branded content campaigns & unique content creation strategy in JAPAC. You’ll be supporting and working with our entire Global team and be an integral part of the JAPAC team, executing and delivering exceptional content for our brand partners.

**Responsibilities:
You’ll be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities, but crucially you will be:

- Researching and sourcing exceptional creators from all around the world to be a part of social content campaigns.
- Championing and advocating BB’s talent agnostic model.
- Managing creator campaigns from start to finish: Talent briefing, content delivery, contracting and helping to manage P&Ls.
- Supporting client pitches and presentations.
- Assisting on shoots and productions when needed as Production Assistant and Talent Manager
- both internationally and locally in Singapore.

**You should be:
- Highly motivated and a self-starter - with the current Covid-19 situation the team is hunkering down working from home so we need someone who is comfortable working remotely and has a real get up and go attitude
- You have exceptional research skills; you love using data, are detail oriented and know where and who the next big creators are.
- You stay on top of current events, pop culture and are always looking for unique creators to follow.
- Extremely organised and able to manage more than one project at any one time.
- A creative and collaborative personality; you’re able to work across multiple different teams and love being a part of the whole creative process.
- Solutions based always; its crucial we have people on the team who are constantly thinking of solutions to problems that don’t exist yet.
- Obsessed with social media and avidly consume creator/influencer content.
- Passionate about influencer marketing and can see the power of brand / talent partnerships.
- Have an understanding of video production and content creation.
- Comfortable giving presentations to clients and to talent when needed.
