**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the study phase for the GLOSS decommissioning and Calypso migration, ensuring a structured approach to solutioning and architecture definition.
- Define the target architecture and oversee solution design, aligning with business and technology objectives.
- Conduct cost estimation and project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Trading, Operations, Finance, and IT to align on requirements and feasibility.
- Facilitate program governance, leading steering committees and ensuring timely decision-making.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and challenges associated with system migration.
- Collaborate with global teams across different locations in a matrix setup.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**
- 15+ years of experience in functional project management and business analysis.
- Proven track record in front-to-back system implementations in capital markets or investment banking.
- Strong knowledge of trading and post-trade workflows, including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Operations.
- Calypso knowledge is highly recommended.
- Experience in working in a cross-functional matrix environment across business and IT teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
