The team is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us as an analyst. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individuals who wants to have a career in corporate finance and investment banking.
- Developing research and analysis
- Preparing company presentations and other client materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialog
- Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses using input from management and public sources
- Perform full valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and LBO analyses
- Participate in day-to-day deal execution, interacting with team members, client management teams, transaction counterparties and other advisors
- Manage due diligence processes, including preparing virtual data rooms, tracking and coordinating the information flow, and reviewing and analyzing company information
- Any other administrative matters as required
- Bachelors' degree from a leading university
- Record of academic excellence with proven leadership ability
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting, with some experience analyzing company financials
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
- Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethics and desire to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects
- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
- Exceptional analytical, written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
- Ability to conduct thorough, independent research
- 1-3 years work experience which relates to corporate finance, accounting, valuation etc prefered.
