**What the role is**
- Analyst - Senior Analyst

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for:

- Formulating effective policies and regulations to ensure a competitive and sustainable retail electricity market where consumer interests are protected
- Planning and managing multi-year projects in relation to the implementation of retail market regulatory regime enhancements
- Surveillance of the retail electricity market to monitor market performance, industry trends, and ensure that our policies are effective and electricity retailers are adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Manage consumer queries and complaints relating to the Open Electricity Market

This role requires you to regularly engage with multiple stakeholders, including electricity retailers, businesses, and household consumers. Performing quantitative analysis and drafting compelling policy papers will be a central part of your work.
