Factory Manager

**Position Summary**

As a factory manager, you will lead the team to meet target and work on continuous improvement

**Job Requirement**
- Responsible for overall factory finance, P&L, budgeting and CAPEX
- Responsible for factory strategy, KPI and direct the managerial team to translate them into concrete actions to meet target
- Key leader on lean project within the factory, focus on continuous improvement of overall production performance, maintenance, increase of efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead and delegate task within the factory and lead production, OPEX, maintenance and SHEQ etc
- Ensure that all activities within the factory comply with legislation, policy, and standards.

**Competency**

You will have significant experience of working within a company that has a continuous improvement-based culture, with solid and a proven understanding of manufacturing processes and food safety principles.

**Qualification**
- A Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
- 5+ years of factory / production management experience in a food or biology manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the social skills and ability to build valuable relationships.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodology, preferably TPM and AM.
- The ability to facilitate collaboration that supports alignment, creativity, and results along with demonstrating strong leadership
- Developed ability to think systematically and analytically and to make connections easily.
- Excellent English language and communication skills handling for English speaking customers.

Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
