**Position Objectives**:

- To work with the Business Leader to support on sales proposals, agreements, reporting and provide follow-up on customers' product related enquires.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales strategy in order to achieve budgeted target.
- To proactively liaise with customers, factory, distribution center, demand and supply planner, finance, sales and marketing to expedite shipment and resolve any matters that may impede customer order management.
- Monitor and control budget for samples arrangement based on customers’ requirements for compliances
- To proactively track and review with customers on back order status.
- Co-ordinates with customers and relevant parties on any order fulfilment issues and resolve with actions plans.
- Participate in cross functional improvement projects as and when required.
- Proficient in mandarin in order to liase with mandarin counterparts.

**Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience Required**:

- Diploma - Logistics Management/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management/Sales or Marketing related
- Analytical and possess excellent follow-up skill and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- At least 3~5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain/Logistics, added demand planning experience is a plus and sales support role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, target oriented, independent and flexible team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Business One Version.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
