DESIGNATION : [Hi Asset Management Asia] Fund Operations Officer & Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Fund Operations Officer & Administrator at HiAMA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our fund management operations while also providing administrative support to our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day fund operations and fund administration matters which includes pre-trade preparation, settlement instructions, post-trade checking, cash management/cash flow projections of the funds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a growing environment, contributing to both the operational and organizational aspects of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Perform daily reconciliations of fund transactions and positions
- Ensure the daily operations workflows are executed in an accurate and timely manner, including payment instructions, trade matching and trade settlement.
- Coordinate with external service providers, including custodians, administrators, auditors, and banks Liaise with fund administrators on reviewing and validating fund Net Asset Value (NAV) documents
- Assist in the preparation of company financial statements
- Monitor company expenses and make payments
- Handle general administrative matters such as purchasing office supplies
- Handle ad-hoc requests and projects as needed Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or related financial services roles is a plus
- Keen learner with a positive attitude Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work in small office environment and manage multiple responsibilities
