**Roles & Responsibilities**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise technicians/workers in troubleshooting, preventing and maintenance works
- Maintenance of mechanical ventilation, air-con, refrigeration and electrical system for the building
- Supervise and review contractors’ work for compliance with standards and specifications
- Assist in examining building interior and exterior and determines types and amount of maintenance work needed
- Troubleshooting and repair works for air conditioning system (Single Split, Multi Split & VRV); Installation of air conditioning system
- Comply with the building authorities for inspection of building facilities, equipment and ensure that they meet the local safety requirements and standards

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Trade certificate holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in facilities/ building maintenance industry.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical/Building Services or equivalent
- Class 3 driving licence (Good to have)
- Must be self-driven & motivated to perform and deliver service excellence
