**What is the Job**

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a creative and fun-loving F&B Events Curator to join the team As F&B Events Curator, you will create a dynamic and inclusive schedule of activities across the hotel's various spaces, such as restaurants, rooftop areas, and other venues, to bring the lifestyle aspects of the voco brand to life. You will take care of the sales of F&B group bookings and buy-out events for the restaurants.
- Creating a dynamic and inclusive schedule of activities across the hotel's various spaces, such as restaurants, rooftop areas, and other venues.
- Nurturing and utilizing local connections to establish partnerships for events and initiatives, promote the voco brand and drive business growth.
- Establishing, overseeing, and expanding relationships with essential stakeholders and collaborators.
- Maintaining a vigilant eye on competitors and consistently evaluating our events against industry standards.
- Understanding, preserving, and enhancing the voco brand awareness through programming efforts.
- Ensuring timely delivery of the program as per established schedules.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Sales & Marketing and the Director of Marketing and Communication to propose, align, and execute the program's concept, direction, and implementation.
- Developing and organizing activities for hotel guests as well as the local and expatriate communities in Singapore.
- Working with all departments to ensure successful execution of events, parties, and programming.
- Managing and coordinating key events with relevant teams, in close cooperation with the hotel's Marketing team to ensure guest satisfaction and an exceptional experience.
- Lead all related sale activities that drive revenue and support private events at the F&B outlets and rooftop.
- Create the marketing material - sales kits, tracking sheets, and SOPs to support these events and ensure that these marketing materials are kept updated.
- Accountable for maintaining and strategizing actions to support online delivery sales for F&B outlets, increase covers from 3rd party platforms, and special projects that support F&B revenue such as Easter, Christmas hampers, etc.
Maintains and actively expands the F&B database.
- Uses the F&B database to inform guests of promotions and events or shares such with Marcom.
- Champions all online portal rankings including but not limited to Trip Advisor, Google Business Directory, Chope, and all other portals respectively.
- Perform other duties as required - unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

**What we need from you**
- Degree in Hotel Management, Creative Arts, Events Management or any other relevant degree,
- You have minimum 3 years working experience in similar role within hospitality, food & beverage or entertainment industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful events.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
- Team Player and excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for result
