- Other- Develop strategies and plans to encourage seniors to adopt and maintain a healthy, active and productive lifestyle, and to empower them to go digital
- Collaborate with Government agencies, community care partners and providers to curate suitable active ageing programmes and activities, develop lifelong learning opportunities; and empower seniors with self-care abilities
- Plan, develop, manage and operationalise active ageing and digital plans and initiatives for seniors
- Develop plans and tools to enable Silver Generation Ambassadors to engage seniors and communicate initiatives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement efforts
- Lead and manage team members on their welfare, performance management and professional development
- Provide secretariat support for key meetings

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree preferably in business analytics, social health disciplines
- At least 10 years working experience with 3 years in managerial capacity
- Experience in socio-health sector preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and write fluently
- Meticulous and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and resourceful with good analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
- Able to work independently and as a team player
