**YOUR IMPACT** **_____
- Responsible for product management including category analysis and product performance, forecast and allocations, in charge of product assortment in the region and work closely with VM Team on planograms
- Regional/Country: SEA & India; direct manage Singapore and Malaysia

**YOUR MISSION** **_____
- Responsible for product performance and category analysis including analyzing sell-in/out information for SEA & India on monthly basis, Beaute research data, competitor analysis as well as qualitative feedback from markets to identify regional needs and opportunities
- Lead & manage new launch, limited editions, TOA & samples and promo sets forecast and allocations in alignment SEA Senior Marketing Manager based on business & marketing ambitions, consolidate new launch forecast feedback and ensure local markets to place order TOA & samples orders in timely manner
- In charge of new launch sales tracker and feedback, monthly reports submission and consolidation of market reports. Partner with SEA Marketing Executive to work on new launch full recap report presentation
- Work together with Commercial Team and SEA SMM to identify & propose BOTF Assortment for Sephora based on Minis strategy and sales potential
- Manage new product regulatory & registration in Singapore and Malaysia in coordination with Registration Team from JV Partner to ensure timely registration before launch, update new product registration masterfile
- In charge of Sephora Brand Planning Template submission and OMNI NIF creation
- Update product assortment list, work with VM team on planograms and promo set stickers
- Monitor new product supply in partnership with SEA demand planner, report product QA issues to HQ

**Qualifications** WHAT YOU OFFER** **_____
- A Degree holder in Business / Marketing or equivalent with 3 - 5 years’ experience in product management/marketing, preferably Beauty Industry
- Keen interest and strong grasp of the beauty industry and its consumers
- Able to multi-task and have good project management skills
- Good understanding of sales, marketing and supply chain management processes
- A team player and good interpersonal and communication skills collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and effectively in fast-paced environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Powerpoint skills
