**Your challenge***:
**Primary Function & Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Strategy**:

- Lead and manage the Trading and Treasury team APAC, aligning with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee Trading & Treasury revenue, cost, project, and headcount budgets.
- Initiate and sponsor efficiency, revenue, infrastructure and training programs within Trading & Treasury

**Treasury Management**:
Fore
- and Precious Metals Spot, Fwd, Swaps & Derivatives
- Money Market and interest rate derivative products
- Oversee balance sheets of LGT SG and LGT HK, cash, and regulatory bond management.
- Oversee proprietary trading for FX OTC products

**Client Trading Eecution**:
Ensure best e
- ecution for all securities trading products - e.g. equities, bonds, ETD, funds, structured products and derivatives.E
- ecution only service for direct access clients & E-trading flow across the various products
- Drive FX and EQ Sales activities for RM and sophisticated Direct Access clients

**Trading Business Management**:

- Evolve and automate trading frameworks to ensure competitive products, services, and systems.
- Identify and address trading compliance issues and operational risks events
- Manage middle office support for Trading and Treasury
- Ensure quality of financial securities data provided by group data management

**Financial Institution Trading**:

- Manage relationships with active trading and treasury counterparties.
- Relationship management for private banking and counterparties to recognize opportunities and address concerns
- Conduct counterparty reviews, KYC and have a good understanding of custody and clearing

**Market Risk Management**:

- Monitor and report intraday trading limits
- Data analytics and business reporting
- Oversee business continuity management.

**Eternal Representation**:

- Represent the company in industry organizations
- Participate regularly in industry events locally, regionally and internationallyMaintain periodic e
- changes with senior management representatives of industry peers and service providers.

**Your profile***:
**Knowledge, eperience / technical epertise**
- Proven track record as operational Trading / Treasury manager leading various teams
- Comprehensive know-how of investment bank product and servicesClient centric thinking and e
- perience in Wealth Management Servicing
- Strong system affinity, data analytical skills and track record of automation / STP projectsAbility to manage multi-cultural teams, preferably with international e
- perience
- Stress resilient, entrepreneurial and self-initiated
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptional skills; passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Balanced risk — revenue mentality
