**Who we are**:
AIKO Collective is a social media marketing, events and PR agency led by major creators in the media landscape, and we are looking for a social media intern to join our growing team.

As a member of AIKO collective, you will play a vital part in our social media team by creating, producing, editing content for our clients as well as our company.

**We are looking for**:
A disciplined and driven individual able to perform under pressure, looking to advance in a career In the social media landscape.

**Reponsibilities**
- Content creation:
From pre-production to post production you will be responsible for creating paid videos for our clients as well as internal marketing colleteral
- Socia media management:
Grow and maintain our existing social media platforms as well as our client’s ensuring a positive image with social media users. Strategically plan content targeted at our audiences to increase traction as well as drive our marketing efforts on social media. Meticulously organize planned content into a content calendar for each client as well as for AIKO
- Client management

Assist the team in creating content proposals curated for each client, bringing in new, trendy ideas suitable for the client’s branding, aesthetic etc.
- Market and Industry intelligence:
Constantly benchmark and analyze the current industry as well as our competitors, to stay on top of the current trends to ensure content we put out is trendy and relatable.

**Requirements**:
Able to commit to a full time internship for at least 3-6 months (With the chance of career advancement to a full time position)

Working hours are 11.30am - 7.30pm (5 days a week)

Must have: Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, and social media platforms (instagram, TikTok)

Good to have: Adobe suite
- Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere pro. Past experience in Video editing and Graphic Design.

Quick learner:
You will be required to pick up the duties and responsibilities quickly due to the nature of our fast-working environment. With that said there will still be guidance and mentoring whilst you are working with us.

Creative thinking:
With how fast social media moves, we need to constantly think of fresh and exciting ideas.

Eye for aesthetics:
As we take on various brands, each brand has a different style, appearance and aesthetic, you will be required to identify fits the brand yet still looks aesthetically pleasing.

Communication and adaptation:
Communication is vital to our team as you will constantly be working with different team members on various projects.

Attention to detail:
You are careful when it comes to fine-tuning and ensuring the quality of your work. You must be intentional in ensuring the success of our marketing efforts

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (WFH and in office)

Contract length: Min 3 months
